5 blocks from an apartment in downtown Tokyo, Japan sits a lonely guy. With no more than 5 dollars in his wallet, a half drunk can of 7-UP, he walks into a pachinko parlor and decides to blow it all.
The noise from the Japanese national habit rings in his ears and the girls wearing short skirts woven from cellophane and painted silver walk by serving drinks and smokes as he sits at a random machine. 25 seconds later, his 5 dollars is gone, his 7-UP can emptied of its sugary elixir and he exits the establishment.
